At Neuvim, each piece is crafted with care specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns.

Your satisfaction truly matters to us, and if there is ever an issue, we’re here to help.


If Something Arrives Incorrect or Damaged

If your item arrives:
*damaged,
*defective, or
*not up to our standards,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We will gladly remake your piece at no additional cost and send it to you promptly.


Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete or missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the package and its contents.
We will assist you right away.


Cancellations

If your order has not entered production, we will do our best to cancel it.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to the handcrafted process.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality.

In the rare case where a remake is not possible (such as a discontinued item), we will work with you to find the best solution.
